Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the outside sales staff by making phone calls, cold calls, booking appointments, selling small leads over the phone, developing and overseeing marketing. They will also work with the sales department to provide content for the web site.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure new clients are set up in ConnectWise database and appropriate information is forwarded to Office Manager to set up in accounting software database
• Answer incoming sales related telephone calls.
• Maintain client satisfaction throughout sales cycle and after the sale
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing client base
• Assist the outside sales representatives in preparation of customer quotes and product demonstration packets.
• Assist outside sales representatives in scheduling appointments.
• Assist outside sales representatives in follow up to help close sales.
• Provide customers with inside sales support.
• Prepare appropriate training and support materials for new customer installations.
• Obtain leasing approvals and documents.
• Assist with ordering and coordinating the installation of dial tone services.
• Work with service/installation department to ensure all necessary information is available for installations.
• Responsible for deploying marketing campaigns
• Responsible for Web site
• Responsible for new Pod cast development
• Responsible for new RINO’S – IP Web Site
• Get email campaign back up and running
• Update all social media
• Work with service/installation department to capture content for pod cast and Web site
• Build and maintain newsletter that will benefit new and existing clients
• Professional Mannerism, Appropriate Dress attire

Skills/Abilities

• Ability to use a variety of computer databases, programs and software. Microsoft Word, Excel, Docusign, and Outlook.
• Must interact and communicate effectively with diverse occupational groups.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Must be able to work on several items simultaneously.Must have strong organization and time management skills and strong attention to detail.Must be team oriented and take direction well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
